Halloween this year was lots of fun. The boys were Super Samuel and Super Oliver.

We had several activities leading up to the actual day which made the one-day holiday into a 4 day affair! We started Thursday by having a Halloween walk at school. The kids got to trick-or-treat at the neighbors. It served as a warm up to actual event.
Saturday we went to an FMCSF Halloween party. It was such fun for the boys (and adults too!). It was all Halloween-type activities in one place--pumpkin painting, pumpkin carving, bobbing for apples, pumpkin pinatas, face painting, campfire, and freeze dance to Thriller.
The final Halloween activity was Trick-or-Treating. This year we stayed in our neighborhood and had a fabulous time. A ton of families met at one house and took over a street as our kids went door to door. Both boys had a great time. After only 20 minutes they had tons of candy (way more than we needed). Samuel's bag was eventually too heavy to carry (it was a small bag) and we called it a night.
