Bernice and Joe's holds an annual preschool graduation. While I am skeptical about the purpose of a preschool graduation, it turned out to be a very sweet affair.
We had a BBQ picnic potluck on Sunday afternoon letting the kids play together. We then gathered under a redwood tree. The kids lined up and the parents sang a song we had made up about Bernice and Joe's preschool. The parents then hummed pomp and circumstance on kazoos! The kids each had a graduation hat and received a personal book made by the school and a penny bank. It was really simple and the perfect end to 3 years at Bernice and Joes Playschool.
