The holiday season has come and gone. Samuel has finally stopped asking for Christmas music and stopped talking about reindeers and santa. But, it is fun to look back over the holiday season and remember what fun it was to have a 4 year-old around to really get into the spirit. Samuel completely loved the idea of santa, reindeer, presents, special music, our Christmas tree, lights, decorations, etc. He did have a lot of trouble trying to figure out how Jesus and Santa fit together--although I really can't blame him for the confusion.
Oliver was less interested in Christmas. Although he did think it was great fun to have a tree inside the house. He was constantly hiding things in the tree--we spent 2 days looking for our tv remote only to find it in the tree.
Without too much detail, here is Christmas 2010. Highlights included Bass Lake, ice skating twice, Oakhurst and cousin fun, nightly fires, getting close to santa (still haven't gotten either one to sit on his lap), and presents!
